ORDER OF THE O.W.L.
MISSION:
To have a self-sustaining household of like-minded individuals working towards a common goal. To have different business lines to support the household general income. To create a welcoming safe space for visitors to stay. To create space for educational programs in the realm of leather lifestyle. To create a space for monthly social gatherings with different areas of focus. To create a space for healing & self-growth for the leather gay community.
STEPS TO COMPLETE:
Step 1: Start with 1 sub in an apartment/small house/mobile home.
Step 2: Add second sub to apartment/small house/mobile home.
Step 3: Start business line(s).
Step 4: Start building nest egg.
Step 5: Based on needs, add additional sub(s).
Step 6: Expand business line(s).
Step 7: Upgrade to larger property.
Step 8: Repeat steps 5 & 6.
Step 9: Repeat step 7, then repeat steps 5 & 6 as needed.
Step 10: Take subs 1 & 2 on a paid vacation to reward for making Master very happy with a fully successful Order.
THE PROPERTY:
A house with minimum of 4-5 bedrooms plus bonus room(s), 2-3 bathrooms minimum, with plenty of land for gardens, spa, pool, & out buildings. Preferably with a basement or enough land to create a basement under a workshop or barn. A property that is zoned for allowing chickens & goats. If enough land and zoned for livestock even better.
Privacy fencing/landscaping for outdoor play.
Required spaces: 1) Gym equipment 2) Healing room with massage table (preferably with own entrance) 3) Office for running the household & businesses 4) Dungeon 5) Bunk rooms 6) Master Suite 7) Alpha room 8) Workshop for building furniture & leather crafting 9) Workshop for crafting soaps & HABA product line 10) Basement for cells
THE PLANS:
To form a religious order under 501(c) protection for the household. Under the 501c protection, it will indemnify the house & the residents of the house. It will allow the benefit of the cover story of the religious order for nosey neighbors and any outside inquires.
Guests visiting the house are there for worship, healing or counseling.
As a religious order gives ability for tax deductible contributions & ability to make tax free purchases for items needed for the house.
RESIDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
All residents of the house will be required to contribute financially towards the household expenses by working outside the house, pension/retirement contributions, providing massages, making/selling product lines, etc.
Each resident will be required to contribute a minimum amount per month based on average monthly household bills. For those that are under full contract as TPE slave, all income will be contributed to household account. For those not under full contract, the required minimum monthly amount will be enforced. For those not contributing at least the minimum monthly amount, a grace period will be given not more than 3 months. If after the grace period financial contributions to the household are still behind the monthly minimum requirements than the resident will have a loss of privileges and be subject for removal from the house.
It will be the responsibility for every resident to maintain good hygiene and keep themselves ready for use at any time. Body hair is to be kept minimal or completely shaved, depending on role in the house. NO crotch hair is allowed by any sub.
Every resident will be required to keep their area neat & tidy for inspection at any time. The house will be maintained, cleaned daily & kept immaculately clean for white glove inspections. It is the responsibility of all residents to ensure the house/property is maintained & kept up. Those not working outside the home will be given more cleaning duties than those working outside the home.
A signed contract of slavery will be required by all residents of a minimum of 1 year. There will be a 3-month probationary period that will allow ample time to see if resident is a good fit for the household.
Training will be ongoing to mold into Master’s desires.
No outside baggage or drama will be allowed.
Jealousy will happen though any signs of retaliation from jealousy will not be tolerated.
It is the responsibility of residents to assist in finding suitable subs for training sessions and to find acceptable Doms for potential visits. Online profiles will be created & strictly monitored.
It is the responsibility of all residents to keep an open communication when allowed of thoughts, desires and any issues brought to Master’s attention during open communication time. A journal will be maintained with time to write in the journal which will be regularly inspected by Master.
Respect must be given at all times to all within the scope of the individual roles to anyone on the property, or to anyone while outside the house.
Limits will be respected though expanded. No open denial of any command or order will be permitted as long as it does not violate the contracts or Code of Ethics.
Expectations of slaves:
All slaves will be expected to keep itself healthy & clean, collars will be worn 24/7 except rare times being taken off for hygiene or general public encounters, butt plugs will be worn, adhere to strict clothing restrictions, to present itself for inspection when Master enters the house, no illegal drugs allowed in the house or property except for special permission granted only by Master B, alcohol intake will be allowed though no full intoxication unless directly ordered by Master B, use by others will be allowed within a limited scope of activities unless otherwise granted with a log maintained of its use by others including photos, downtime will be earned & rewarded, all funds contributed to the household will be logged & rewarded over & above the minimal requirements, rewards will be given for finding suitable recruit(s) that actually show up, slave will protect the property, slave is expected to adhere to & follow any & all orders given by Master B.
TITLES:
Any resident of the house will be referred to as “brother”. Any member of the Order that has signed a contract will be referred to as “brother”. Any alpha may be referred to as “elder” or “sir” by any lower slave. Master B will be referred to as Master or Lord.
ATTIRE:
While in the house, the only clothing allowed to be worn by any sub is a jockstrap. While doing anything outside the house where could potentially be seen by a neighbor or passerby, gym shorts or sweat pants depending on the weather. Sandals or flip flops are allowed for working outside.
Upon entering the house, guests will be asked to strip down to a canvas loincloth with mandatory clothes check to prevent any unwanted items from entering the house. The canvas loincloths for visitors will be made from canvas drop cloths.
DUTIES:
All residents will have an assigned list of duties/tasks to be completed daily, weekly & monthly. This will include set goals to be achieved as assigned by Master. There will be individual duties assigned as well as joint household duties assigned that need to be completed by any/all residents. Completing of duties on-time will be rewarded. Not completing duties on-time will be punished. These duties will be sexual in nature or non-sexual in nature as determined by Master.
BUSINESS LINES:
The Order will make & produce different products to be used internally at the property, be marketed online & sold at various venues.
SKIN CARE LINE:
- Making of scented goat’s milk soaps, bath salts, bath bombs, lotions, etc.
- Growing, harvesting & producing loofah sponges from gourds
- Marketing products on dedicated website
- Selling products at festivals, faires & events
LEATHER GEAR LINE:
- Making of restraints, harnesses, arm bands, collars, floggers, whips, canes, paddles, riding crops, other wearable leather gear, other impact devices, etc.
- Brand all gear with stamp/mark of The Order
- Marking products on dedicated website
- Selling of products at leather friendly events & venues
LEATHER FURNITURE LINE:
- Making of bondage furniture such as fuck benches, rim stools, St. Andrew’s Cross, restraint boards, restraint tables, slings, etc
- Brand all with mark of The Order
- Marking products on dedicated website (may be the same as Leather Gear Line)
- Selling products at leather friendly events & venues
PORN LINE:
- Making videos to be edited & sold online
